VENT

February 7, 2011 9:30 am

Well, let's just start at the top.

Tomlin - a 52 yard field goal?  Really?  Is it that bad to only net 20 yards on a punt?  Might as well throw a hail mary next time.  Makes no sense at all.  Sushi wasn't going to make that.  He wasn't even close.  I hope he didn't tell coach he could do it, because he's kidding himself.  You win as a team, you lose as a team, so let us down too.  You didn't do enough.

Arians - Wow.  How many bubble screens and WR screens can you throw at the same defense?  I counted about 7.  And I guess any running play that goes left is just futile, huh?  It go so predictable.  If Mendenhall's got the ball, he's goin rights, probably sweeping all the way to the sideline.  Gee.  They figured that out.  TURNOVER.

Ben - My goodness what a time to take a dump.  We stuck up for you all year.  All the comments and allegations and this is the thanks we get.  I kinda want to say the foot was a problem, but it seemed OK in the playoffs.  Overthrows.  Throwing into DOUBLE COVERAGE.  Throwing up PRAYERS.  Take head and remove from ass.  I know you want to get the ball to Mike Wallace, but the guy is covered!  Hey the Packers don't need an offense, they just have to wait for another turnover!  You want to throw it 3 yards when you need 10 for a first down?!?  They've only got 11 guys.  Either they're all coming after you or everybody is covered.  It's not both.  Find an open man or get Airhead to draw up a play for at least one guy to get open.  You're proving the haters right.  Way to go jacktard.  Was it the shoulder?  What the hell happened?  May have been physically limited, but some of these decisions were stupid.

Mendenhall - When he fumbles he looks like the biggest dumbass in the world.  Like he doesn't get it.

Max Starks - I don't even want to look at you.  You deserve zero airtime.  Always on the bench.  Never playing.  Just sick of you.  Sick of this O-line getting crushed.  Sick of the QB getting crushed.  If the O line can't do it's job, then nobody on offense matters.  2nd and 3rd stringers left to right.  Grrreeeaaat.

Frank Summers - I don't want to look at you either.  Cut your freaking hair already.  Your long braids make you look like a greasy Rick James.  You're not a superfreak, you're a superscrub.  When you get 1,000 yards and 10 TDs in a season, then you can grow your greasy braids back and people will think you're colorful. Until then, it makes you a slob.

Heath Miller - I feel bad for you.  You can't make plays downfield because you're the O-line's crutch.  Talent wasted.  By the way, Max Starks probably has more money than you.  Willie Colon too.  Remind me: what happens to horses with broken legs?

Troy Polamalu - Was he in the game because I couldn't tell.  Oh wait.  There he is.  Out of position and late to the ball.  Touchdown.  Wide open in the corner of the endzone.  You got beat.  AGAIN.  Maybe he's not 100% either, but I'm sick of the excuses.  Anybody wanna bet he plays all 16 games next year?

William Gay - The Packers MVP (co-MVP with Ben).  Might as well paint a bullseye on him.  Hey, he's only been only around for 3 years or so.  He hasn't learned TO TURN AND LOOK FOR THE BALL.  Dude, that's the endzone in front of you.  The WR has nowhere left to run.  LOOK FOR THE BALL.  Oh.  There it is.  Yay.

Bryant McFadden -  Slow and out of position.  Non factor.  We need a corner.  Ike Taylor did his job for the most part.

Keyaron Fox - Way to go, ass-hole.

James Farrior - You called tails.  You always call heads.  And guess what?  It was heads.

Hey let's have some holding penalties because this O line is just plain offensive.  It's about as sweet as a the city dump.

Aguilera sang the wrong words, the Black Eyed Puhlease sucked (half the songs weren't even theirs), and Jerome Bettis got snubbed for the Hall.  Good times.

What am I missing?  Get it out, guys.  It helps.

2010 Break Out Player

August 25, 2010 8:14 am

Okay, let's hear who you think is going to have an incredible year for the Steelers.

I am going to go with Mike Wallace.  Even with the 4 games without Ben Roethlisberger, I believe Wallace is going to have an incredible year.  His ability to separate from 95% of the corners in the NFL will lend him to some very big plays, as we saw against the Giants.  As long as Roethlisberger doesn't continue to underthrow him when he is wide open, he should have at least 80 receptions and well over 1,200 yards.
